Student Council
Student Council at Colin Powell consists of members that are elected by students in grades 4th and 5th grades. The overall goal of student council is to provide leadership, and to serve as a positive example. Duties of the members are to be helpful, courteous, and required to be in good standing with all their classes. They participate in service projects and are responsible for raising funds for school activities.
