Krispy Kreme Fundraiser Order Form (English and Spanish)

1 dozen glazed doughnuts are available for purchase for only $15. You can order until Wednesday March 2nd and the doughnuts will be sent home with your child on Monday March 14th. Please send your order with cash or a check made payable to "Colin Powell School". The order forms must have the student's full name and room number. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy.

Envíe su pedido en efectivo o con un cheque a nombre de "Colin Powell School". Los formularios de pedido deben tener el nombre completo del estudiante y el número de habitación.
