Hello There!   

My name is Priscylla Sanango and I am ecstatic to be your child's Kindergarten teacher for this 2020-2021 school year here at Colin Powell Elementary School!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Introduction

I have been teaching at Colin Powell Elementary School since 2018. I previously taught in Union City High School as a Math teacher. I graduated from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. I also obtained a Dual Certification in Special Education.

Message

I believe as a teacher I must motivate, inspire, and encourage my students to strive for success. As an educator, I want to teach my students something more. I want to know by the time they leave my classroom they have gained something that will stay with them forever. I want to know that I have made a difference in your child's life. The only role that my students have is to come to school prepared and ready to learn.
