Hello! My name is Mrs. Scerbo. I am born and raised in Union City and consider Colin Powell School my second home. Earning both my Bachelor and Master's Degrees from New Jersey City University, I have been teaching for 36 years. I have been married for 34 years and have 2 wonderful children.
