2nd Grade Summer Assignment
Summer is a great time to sit down with a good book. Bellow is a list of age appropriate titles for your child to read during the summer. Your child is expected to select a book, read and complete the Book Report Page about the book. On another piece of paper, please have your child illustrate (draw & color) a picture that relates to the story. Attach the illustration to their Book Report to hand in on the first day of school. Please make it a routine to have your child read for at least 20 minutes a day. Reading provides one of the most enriching and complex brain activities in life.
